Victorian Burr Walnut Piano Top Pop Up Davenport
This lovely Davenport desk from circa 1860 is made of highly figured burr walnut veneer. It has four drawers down the right side and matching dummy drawers on the left. Its piano top lid lifts to show a lifting leather top which can be raised to reach further storage beneath. By using a hidden catch the top section pops up to reveal three small drawers and further storage. 
The desk stands on turned feet with castors beneath allowing for ease of movement. 
It has been fully restored and the only issue is one missing drawer lock and later  brass castors.
