Fully Restored Recency Rosewood Davenport Desk

Fine Regency Rosewood Davenport Desk 
Made of well figured Rio Rosewood veneers with cedar of Lebanon and mahogany drawer linings this desk shows real quality in its construction. 
The lid of the desk has a new black leather with blind and gold tooling. The lid has a working lock with key and inside the interior is polished mahogany and  two small interior drawers. The desk slides foreward to allow a close seated position. To the right is a retractable section for inkwells and stationary. Below that and also on the left are sliding shelves. The right side has 4 drawers with working locks and a key and to the left are matching dummy drawers. 
It stands on a plinth with wooden wheeled castors beneath.
